Our studio at Goetheplatz is a meeting place, not just a training space. This is where you learn new things, meet the crew and stay for a drink after hours. Tucked away in a courtyard — but once you're in, you'll want to stay.

No — and that's by design. You decide for yourself in our app which shifts you take on. No dependency, no mandatory shifts.
How does your app work?
It's simple: you see all open jobs there, apply for them yourself, sign your contract digitally and have all the details for every shift — address, contact person, hourly rate — in one place.
How quickly can I start?
As soon as your staff profile form is in and your profile is activated, you can apply for open shifts. That often happens within a few days.
What kinds of work can I take on?
Service, kitchen, barista, bartender, driver, dishwasher, hostess and event support. Whatever suits you, you add to your profile.
Do I need experience?
Experience helps, but it's not a must. We provide training through our studio — and many shifts are also well suited for getting started.
