How it works
All candidates are anonymized — you can see their career history, skills and references right away, no registration needed.
Found a match? Just give us the profile number — by phone or via the enquiry button on the profile.
We check availability and arrange the interview or a trial shift — completely free of charge.
You pay nothing until the signature. After that, our fair one-third model applies — see below.
Fair fee model
In the Talent Pool, nothing costs you anything until the employment contract — no campaign, no upfront costs, no flat rates: browsing profiles, getting in touch, interviews and trial shifts are completely free. The placement fee only arises with the signature — split into three equal instalments, each tied to the success of the placement.
The first third of the placement fee is only due once the employment contract is signed. Until then, the entire process costs you nothing.
You only pay the second third if the candidate is still with your company after three months. Early turnover is not on your bill.
The final third is due after six months of employment. So our interest is the same as yours: a placement that lasts.
Three equal instalments means: one amount, three equal payments — each with 30-day payment terms. The amount depends on the candidate's qualification category and is set out in the framework agreement. All amounts net plus statutory VAT.
Frequently asked questions
Every candidate in the pool has been personally pre-qualified by us — we have interviewed them, checked their career history and confirmed they are ready to move. Once a candidate is placed, we take the profile out of the pool.
To protect the candidates — many are still in unterminated employment. We only share names, contact details and current employers with you once the candidate has given the go-ahead.
Nothing. Browsing profiles, getting in touch, interviews and trial shifts are free of charge. A placement fee is only due once an employment contract is signed — split into three equal instalments under our fair model.
Every candidate in the pool is ready to move. Depending on their notice period, a start is often possible within a few weeks — some candidates are available immediately.
