We're Andreas, Lukas and Federico — three friends who came up through the hospitality trenches. We've scrubbed plates, pulled shifts and run entire operations ourselves. Now we're taking staffing and gastro services to the next level.

We know what we're talking about — because we've done it ourselves.

Gastro & Friends GmbH stands for reliable staffing solutions in the hospitality industry. The idea grew out of a real need: businesses need people who don't just fill in at short notice, but bring genuine added value. We come from the operational side — kitchen, service, bar, festival tents, logistics — and have worked with every kind of staff. That's exactly why we can select and prepare people who truly fit your business.

As long-time friends with different hospitality backgrounds, we pool our strengths in one shared mission: to sustainably take the pressure off hospitality businesses and make them more successful — as your all-round partner for everything gastro services stands for, above all staffing. Together with our crew, we're now moving from milestone to milestone.

Many years of hands-on hospitality experience — operations manager, kitchen, service, festival tent operations, bar taps, bartending, logistics and barista work
