How quickly can I request staff?
Ask as early as you can — but we can often fill positions within 24 to 48 hours. Through our app we reach the entire pool within minutes. The more lead time, the bigger the selection.
How much does Gastro-Support cost?
You are billed an hourly rate depending on qualification and assignment — set out transparently in advance in the assignment confirmation. Wages, social security contributions and administration are all included. Send us a request and we'll prepare a concrete offer.
Is this legally watertight?
Yes. We hold an unlimited licence for temporary staffing under Section 1 of the German Temporary Employment Act (AÜG) and are a member of the GVP – Gesamtverband der Personaldienstleister (German Federal Association of Staffing Services). Every collaboration is based on a framework agreement plus an assignment confirmation per booking.
Who is the employer during the assignment?
We are. Our professionals remain employed by Gastro & Friends — we take care of contracts, wages and social insurance. On site, you only set the professional direction.
What if someone drops out?
Then we immediately tap into the pool and do everything we can to find an equivalent replacement — that's exactly what our digital scheduling is built for.
Can I hire one of your professionals permanently?
Yes, that's possible and it happens. Just talk to us — the terms are set out transparently in the framework agreement. For targeted permanent hires, there's also our Gastro-Recruiting service.
